How the association is organised

The mission statement (DE) summarises the strategy of the AMKBE, in particular its values and corporate culture.

The AMKBE's articles of association (DE) state, among other things, the purpose of its business activities and the means by which the organisation pursues its objectives.

The areas of competence that are regulated in the articles of association can be depicted in an organisation chart (DE). The black boxes show how our work is organised internally and the yellow boxes show how cooperation with external partners is organised.

The most important body of the AMKB is the General Meeting or its members (DE).
