About us

The AMKBE carries out comprehensive labour market inspections in the Canton of Berne on behalf of the Office of Economic Affairs (AWI) and joint commissions from various sectors. The aim and purpose of the inspections is to implement the accompanying labour market measures between Switzerland and the European Union, combat illegal work, check compliance with collective employment agreements and thus ensure fair conditions on the labour market.
